Who are the people behind Halfmoon Cellars?
Halfmoon Cellars is the culmination of many years of winemaking. Vintners Alison Bauder and John Reyes wanted to bring the very best fruit they could find to New York’s Capital Region and create great wines that would be unique to that area. After two years of planning and production we are proud to be launching our very first vintage in the fall of 2013.

Simply the finest grapes
Our production team recently returned from a trip to the Suisun Valley in California to meet with vineyard owner, Ron Lanza, to get a first hand look at the source of our grapes and the family that tends to them. We take our grapes very seriously and hold them to the highest standards.
Attention to Detail
Wine production is very demanding. We work as hard as possible to make sure that everything is being done to ensure that you will enjoy every bottle.
